Role Overview
Manage all administrative and human resources functions for AMS outsourced staff.
Coordinate recruitment and staff placement with the client and relevant management teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive image of AMS International as the employer.
- Source and recruit staff, including interviewing, screening, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
- Support the smooth transition of new joiners into the company.
- Supervise staff time and attendance, leave, annual tickets, and personal details.
- Counsel staff and provide problem solving where necessary.
- Maintain personnel files and coordinate immigration and labor procedures with head office.
- Maintain annual and sick leave schedules and liaise with the client.
- Liaise with the client regarding staff bonuses and increments.
- Improve processes and ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently.
- Coordinate joiners, leavers, office-space changes, and related logistics with the client.
- Manage monthly payroll and invoicing through client portals.
Job Requirements
- At least five years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and hands-on PC experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
