Contract
- The contract length is 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze pipeline creation, health, movement, coverage, progression, conversion, and quality across Market Units and demand sources.
- Build and maintain pipeline performance reports, identifying trends, gaps, risks, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable data-driven insights to the Regional Demand Manager.
- Support monthly demand reviews, strategic presentations, and Demand Programs.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of recurring reports and analysis.
- Partner with Market Units, Demand Managers, and PMOs to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve and automate reporting and analytics processes.
Must Have
- Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying trends and performance drivers.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Strong Plus
- Pipeline, sales, or business performance analytics experience.
- Power BI dashboards, visualization, and reporting.
- SAP reporting tools or SAP ecosystem knowledge.
- Understanding of Cloud, SaaS/PaaS, and digital business models.
