Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent recognized medical qualification
- Completion of accredited residency training in Emergency Medicine
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership, supervisory, or department head role
- Ability to work effectively in high pressure environments
- Willingness to relocate and work in Nauru

Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate emergency physicians and medical staff.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Support education, training, and professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic & Administrative
- Participate in hospital committees and leadership meetings.
- Develop departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care coordination.
Qualifications
