Role Overview
Nology Store is seeking an Electronics Sourcing Executive based in Dubai.
The role supports Nology’s buying team by sourcing electronics, gadgets, accessories, and other products from the UAE market.
The position works from one of Al Waha Cars’ showrooms in Dubai under Al Waha Group.
Sourcing and Market Activity
- Visit electronics markets, wholesale areas, shops, and supplier locations across Dubai.
- Discover suppliers ranging from small shops and traders to larger distributors.
- Source electronics, mobile accessories, gadgets, gaming items, smart devices, small appliances, and trending technology products.
- Find products that are difficult to source in Qatar or unavailable at the right price.
Pricing and Supplier Management
- Collect prices, stock availability, supplier details, delivery options, and basic product information.
- Compare supplier prices and help Nology obtain the best buying cost.
- Build relationships with UAE suppliers and traders.
- Negotiate better prices, terms, and supply options.
Reporting and Order Follow-Up
- Share market updates with product photos, prices, and supplier notes.
- Support urgent product requests from Nology Qatar when needed.
- Check product quality, packaging, warranty, and authenticity before recommending purchases.
- Follow up with suppliers until orders are confirmed, prepared, and ready for collection or shipping.
- Maintain a clear supplier database with contact details, categories, price lists, and notes.
- Track market trends and report products Nology should consider before competitors.
