Al Waha For Cars is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial records and support the company’s financial operations.
The role requires at least five years of accounting and finance experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and post transactions accurately.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate audits and provide requested financial information.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and prepare journal entries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least five years of proven accounting and finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
