We are seeking an Electrical Technician Lead to supervise the inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for construction equipment, generators, and plant machinery.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for construction equipment, generators, and plant machinery
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented effectively
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and manufacturer standards
- Coordinate with the PMV Manager, Workshop Supervisor, and site teams to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in the construction or heavy equipment industry
- Proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems of construction plant, heavy equipment, generators, and diesel powered machinery
- Strong knowledge of generators, alternators, starter motors, charging systems, batteries, control panels, and electrical diagnostics
- Experience supervising electrical technicians and workshop personnel
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred
