- Lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure uninterrupted plant operations
- Attend electrical breakdowns and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, and control panels
- Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit to work systems, and company standards
- Prepare shift reports and maintain maintenance records
