Job description
Egis is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer for a major airport infrastructure project in Riyadh.
The role oversees electrical shop drawings, installation, testing, and commissioning while ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee electrical shop drawings, installation, testing, and commissioning for power distribution, lighting, grounding, LV/MV systems, generators, and UPS systems.
- Review electrical designs, calculations, specifications, reports, and contractor documents against project requirements and applicable standards.
- Review mission-critical data center power systems, including UPS, generators, ATS/STS, PDUs, grounding, and redundancy provisions.
- Coordinate contractors and project teams to meet schedules and conduct site inspections, testing, and quality checks.
- Resolve technical issues, propose value engineering solutions, and monitor project progress, risks, and safety compliance.
- Prepare reports and submittals, review vendor materials, support procurement, and participate in client and stakeholder meetings.
