- Manage electrical subcontractor packages with guidance from the Manager and Commercial Team
- Prepare and submit notifications of claims and variations
- Compile monthly interim payment applications based on work progress, aligning with subcontractor submissions
- Assess subcontractor payment applications
- Support management of Special Airport Systems (SAS) packages linked to Electrical works
- Review project reports and identify actionable issues
- Analyze and access variation details
Requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Positive, solution oriented mindset
- Previous MEP and/or construction industry experience preferred
- Advanced problem solving, communication, and leadership abilities
- Experience with Power BI dashboards and BIM 360/Navisworks (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines

Your Role
