Responsibilities
- Manage and administer subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Prepare, submit, and defend contractual claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) submissions
- Assess and certify subcontractor interim and final payment applications
- Compile and submit accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations and commercial reports
- Ensure compliance with project contracts, FIDIC conditions, and client requirements
- Support negotiation of contractual and commercial issues with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Identify contractual risks and advise on mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of correspondence, agreements, and contract changes
- Liaise closely with the Commercial Manager, MEP teams, and project stakeholders to resolve disputes
- Support project close out, including final account agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying
- At least 2+ years focused on contract administration
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, construction contracts (especially FIDIC), and claims preparation
- Proven experience managing subcontractor accounts and preparing commercial reports
- Proficiency in contract management tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with BIM 360, Navisworks, and Power BI dashboards (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented, commercially astute, and proactive in problem solving

- We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial, contractual, and cost management aspects of Electrical projects.
Your Role

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, with at least 2+ years focused on contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, construction contracts (especially FIDIC), and claims preparation.
