Electrical Engineer III

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: BS in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5+ years experience in developing and maintaining electromechanical system designs.
• Licenses/Certifications: Obtain and maintain railroad safety training and credentials

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Working knowledge of business software including MS Office suite.
• Collaborate with others to clarify requirements and develop solutions.
• Lead design reviews consisting of multi-disciplined and cross functional team members.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 480VAC power generation and distribution Engine/generator controls Industrial automation and controls systems Electrical traction systems (DC & AC) Motor controls and variable speed drives Directing individual or small teams of engineers and designers

Compensation

• Loram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
• The pay range for this position is between $101,100-$151,800
