Role Overview
EHS Supervisor role supporting construction project health, safety, and environmental management.
The role requires ARAMCO approval and an oil and gas experience background.
Core EHS Responsibilities
- Prepare EHS plans, emergency response plans, risk assessments, and related documentation.
- Attend EHS meetings, report issues to head office, and maintain EHS activity records.
- Conduct daily inspections, identify high-risk areas, and ensure safe work permits are obtained.
- Deliver worker inductions, training programs, toolbox talk oversight, and EHS awareness activities.
- Monitor PPE use, equipment condition, worker welfare, hygiene, housekeeping, lighting, and ventilation.
- Conduct incident investigations, communicate results, and provide or arrange medical assistance for injuries.
Systems, Audits, and Compliance
- Maintain an integrated health, safety, and environmental management system for construction projects.
- Align procedures and internal audits with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Coordinate external EHS audits and third-party equipment inspections.
- Prepare emergency preparedness plans and conduct emergency drills.
- Facilitate work permit systems and prepare EHS contract conditions for subcontractors.
- Conduct monthly project risk management audits and quarterly system audits.
Requirements
- ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor.
- Oil and gas experience background.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Ability to perform hazard identification, risk assessment, and job EHS analysis.
