Job Summary
Manage quality assurance and quality control for civil and structural works on utility-scale Solar PV projects.
Ensure site grading, access roads, piling, foundations, inverter platforms, and substation civil works meet specifications, designs, and international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain the project-specific QMS, PQP, and ITPs for civil works.
- Supervise and approve piling operations, including ramming and pre-drilling.
- Conduct static, dynamic, and lateral pile load tests for solar structure foundations.
- Inspect earthworks, grading, drainage, access roads, fencing, and concrete works.
- Issue NCRs for deficient work and verify corrective and preventive actions.
- Review RFIs, maintain QA/QC checklists, and compile final handover documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6-10 years of dedicated civil engineering QA/QC experience.
- At least 2 years of experience on utility-scale Solar PV projects.
