Engineering Coordination
- Follow up with vendors on document submissions and with EDRC on client comments regarding vendor drawings.
Supplier Coordination
- Monitor bank guarantee submissions and collect weekly supplier reports.
- Coordinate factory visits for expediting and conduct weekly review and kick-off meetings.
Regional Expediting Teams
- Share weekly updates and ensure action points are followed up with China and Europe regional expediters.
Planning Coordination
- Align reports with planning and ensure weekly updates are shared with the planning coordinator.
QA/QC Coordination
- Follow up with QA/QC on ITP and FAT procedure approvals, FATs, stage inspections, and dispatch clearances.
Logistics Coordination
- Expedite material dispatches in coordination with logistics.
Administration Coordination
- Coordinate visa processing for supplier visits.
Contracts Coordination
- Provide inputs for delay notices and documentation support.
Post-Delivery Activities
- Coordinate supplier actions for post-delivery damages and shortages.
Requirements
- Coordinate procurement activities across engineering, suppliers, planning, QA/QC, logistics, administration, and contracts.
- Follow up on vendor document submissions and client comments on vendor drawings.
- Support supplier expediting activities, including reports, factory visits, review meetings, and action-point follow-up.
- Coordinate ITP and FAT procedure approvals, FATs, stage inspections, and dispatch clearances.
- Coordinate supplier actions related to post-delivery damages and shortages.
