Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads (Baker)
- Cut, trim, and prepare various meat cuts to customer specifications (Butcher)
- Clean, cut, fillet, and prepare seafood according to customer specifications (Fishmonger)
- Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating (Commis Chef)
- Stock and display products, rotate stock, and maintain cleanliness (Stocker)
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the work area
Requirements
- Experience in food preparation, baking, butchery, fishmongering, or kitchen work (depending on role)
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work on site in UAE locations
- Customer service skills

- Baker: Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads, including Arabic, French, and Portuguese types, by accurately weighing and mixing ingredients, operating bakery equipment, and following set recipes and production schedules.
- Butcher: Cut, trim, and prepare various meat cuts to customer specifications, ensuring quality, portion accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Fishmonger: Clean, cut, fillet, and prepare various types of seafood according to customer specifications, while ensuring portion accuracy and quality standards.
- Commis Chef: Support the kitchen by assisting chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Stocker (Fruits & Vegetable): Ensure all products are properly stocked, cleanly displayed, and rotated in accordance with FIFO principles.
