About the Role
We are seeking an ECS Account Executive to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and drive growth in the Pakistani region. You will develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, lead the end-to-end sales process, and drive customer satisfaction.

- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives
- Lead the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
- Territory identification and research to formalize a go to market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days
- Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
- Drive growth within an existing assigned account
Requirements
- Strong background of value/consultative selling complex solutions or technology selling to cross industry segment
- Consistent track record to lead extended team
- Understanding the outstanding business requirements of customers within multiple industries
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in multifaceted environments
- Fluency in Urdu and English
- Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota
- Sales methodology education and large accounts experience

Description
- We are looking for an ECS Account Executive to join our team.
- ECS AEs build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c suite decision makers within their patch, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
- You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting for the Pakistani region.
Responsibilities
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts

- Lead the end to end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.

Required Qualifications
- Strong background of value/consultative selling complex solutions or technology selling to cross industry segment

- Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in multifaceted, energising environments.
- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
- Fluency in Urdu & English
Preferred Qualifications
- Be creative with strong problem solving skills
- Proven oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
