Manage the online store's digital performance and customer shopping experience.
Drive sales and growth through website management, commercial execution, and data-informed decisions.
Reporting Structure
- The role is within the Ecommerce department and sub-department.
- The position reports to the Ecommerce Director.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store.
- Monitor and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with web developers and service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Monitor conversion rates, cart abandonment, bounce rates, and other KPIs.
- Prepare reports covering traffic, sales, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Produce reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycles.
Requirements
- Ability to manage online store digital performance, commercial execution, and ecommerce analytics.
- Ability to monitor conversion rates, cart abandonment, bounce rates, sales, traffic, and related ecommerce KPIs.
