- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including GMV, margin, conversion, AOV, sell through, and returns
- Analyze customer behavior, trends, and competitor benchmarks
- Identify underperforming SKUs and implement corrective action plans
- Stay updated on global and regional trends
- Monitor competitor assortment, pricing, and promotional activity
- Leverage customer feedback and data insights to refine category strategy
