Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate EAL provision and support across the school.
- Inspire staff and students of all ages and abilities.
- Contribute to student progress, pastoral care, and a culture of inspiration, enjoyment, and success.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to maximise student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share professional expertise.
- Participate fully in the extracurricular and wider life of the school.
About You
- Have strong experience as an EAL Coordinator within the UK national curriculum.
- Bring a passion for education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively and build strong working relationships across the school community.
- Demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness in a fast-paced international environment.
- International education experience is an added advantage.
