Overview

  • In this role you will:
  • Enhance the sales features of Emirates.com to drive incremental revenue growth while optimizing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to refine business strategies and achieve targeted online sales performance.
  • Collaborate with all Commercial departments to gather insights on e-commerce development needs, objectives, functionalities, and data requirements, ensuring seamless integration into the overall strategic prioritization.
  • Provide analytical support in identifying and evaluating business opportunities, leveraging commercial analytics and behavioural data to enhance the conversion of airline sales and ancillary services.
  • Facilitate the integration of Emirates Commercial Internet Booking Engine with Skywards, enabling customers to access a wide range of value-added services, including online redemption and miles-plus-cash payment options.
  • Oversee management reporting on internet sales, ensuring accurate tracking and data-driven insights for business optimization.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor research to identify valuable features and opportunities for booking engine enhancements aligned with market demands. Regularly compare pricing between benchmark websites and Emirates.com to identify where fare adjustments are needed.
