Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through live chat, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
- Convert online inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order tracking
- Manage and follow up on online leads to ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, delivery, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Update customer and order details accurately in the system
