Key Responsibilities
- Receive stocks in the system as per the purchase receipts confirmed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Verify incoming stock quantities and ensure proper inventory updates in the ERP/system.
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels and update accordingly.
- Coordinate stock replenishment from 3PL warehouses for moving stocks.
- Fulfil stock replenishment requests from showrooms.
- Support daily operations including delivery note and invoice creation.
- Assist in stock arrangement, labeling, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain accurate records of stock transfers and inventory transactions.
- Support day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Experience in ERP/system stock handling is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of delivery documentation and invoicing is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Preferred Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination roles.
