About the Role
Active Fitness Store is seeking an Accounts Executive with 2-3 years of UAE accounting experience. You will manage daily transactions, reconciliations, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Process supplier payments and follow up on customer receivables
- Reconcile customer, supplier, and general ledger accounts
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year end closing activities
- Prepare VAT related documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments when required
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Generate financial reports and support management with accounting data
- Assist with payroll related accounting entries and other finance related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of UAE accounting experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
