Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across ecommerce websites and marketplace platforms
- Manage website categories, collections, navigation, and product merchandising
- Execute pricing updates, promotions, campaign launches, and seasonal collections
- Monitor daily order flow across D2C websites and marketplace channels
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Organize and maintain digital assets including product images, videos, banners, and marketing content
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce reports
- Support assortment planning and order form preparation
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, Ecommerce, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations, Ecommerce Management, or Online Retail
- Experience managing D2C ecommerce websites and marketplace operations
- Experience within Fashion, Footwear, Sportswear, Luxury, or Lifestyle Retail is mandatory
- Hands on experience with Shopify administration and merchandising
- Experience with ERP and Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience managing marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol, or similar

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Ecommerce Executive to support the day to day management of our Direct to Consumer (D2C) ecommerce websites and marketplace channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across ecommerce websites and marketplace platforms.
- Ensure accurate product information including descriptions, attributes, specifications, pricing, sizing, and imagery.
- Coordinate with brand, merchandising, content, and creative teams to gather product assets and information.
- Manage bulk product uploads and catalog updates through ecommerce platforms.
- Conduct regular catalog audits to ensure content accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor product visibility and maintain compliance with brand and platform standards.
- Support content localization for regional markets when required.
- Manage website categories, collections, navigation, and product merchandising.
- Optimize product placement and assortment visibility to improve customer experience and conversion.
- Execute pricing updates, promotions, campaign launches, and seasonal collections.
- Launch new products and ensure timely website updates.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations, Ecommerce Management, or Online Retail.
- Experience managing D2C ecommerce websites and marketplace operations.
- Experience within Fashion, Footwear, Sportswear, Luxury, or Lifestyle Retail is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce workflows, order management, and inventory processes.
Technical Skills
- Hands on experience with Shopify administration and merchandising.
- Experience with ERP and Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Product catalog and inventory management experience.
- Experience managing marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce analytics and reporting tools.
