About the Role
Zahrawi Group is seeking a Driver to coordinate and participate in the receipt, storage, loading, unloading, and delivery of medical equipment. The role requires a valid KSA driving license, basic MS Office skills, and good communication.

Responsibilities
- Receive products from ports and deliver to warehouse
- Collect documents related to products from warehouse
- Attend delivery of products to various customers around KSA as per Warehouse Supervisor's instructions
- Collect faulty products from customers and deliver back to Warehouse for Servicing
- Document delivery process and obtain official receipt from customer
- Submit reports to Warehouse Manager about customer visits daily to weekly
- Load medical equipment into vehicle in a safe manner
- Submit daily work report to Warehouse Supervisor
- Attend urgent calls from Warehouse and divert delivery accordingly
- Comply with all Warehouse instructions, rules, and regulations
- Submit final receipt document with customer's stamp once product delivered
- Properly check and inspect items' quality and quantity against invoice and delivery note
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma or High School
- Valid KSA driving license (with clean driving record) light transport
- Fresh graduates/1 2 years as applicable
- Basic MS Office skills
- Good communication skills & good follow up

Job Brief
- The incumbent is accountable to coordinate and participate in the receipt, storage, loading and unloading, and delivery of the medical equipment by cross checking the specifications and quantity of the orders.
- They are also responsible for the vehicle.
Accountabilities
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
- Receive the products from the ports and deliver it to the warehouse.
- Collect documents related to products from the warehouse.
- Attend the delivery of the products to the various customers around KSA as per the Warehouse Supervisor’s instructions.
- Collect any faulty products from the customers and deliver it back to Warehouse for Servicing.
- Document the delivery process and obtain an official receipt from the customer with the agreed receipt form.
- Submit reports to the Warehouse Manager about the customer visits from daily to weekly basis.
- Load the medical equipment into the vehicle in a safe manner.
- Submit a daily work report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Attend to any urgent calls from the Warehouse and diverting the delivery accordingly.
- Comply with all Warehouse instructions, rules, and regulations.
- Submit the final receipt document with the customer’s stamp once the product has been delivered to Warehouse Supervisor.
Requirements
- Education: minimum of Diploma or High School
- Additional details: Valid KSA driving license (with clean driving record) light transport.
- Experience: fresh graduates/1 2 years as applicable
- Job location: The incumbent will be covering KSA regions and according to the need for delivery in other areas of Saudi Arabia. The field work will be as per the guidance of the direct manager.
- Job Specific Skills: Basic MS Office skills Good communication skills & Good follow up.

- تغطية المنطقة الغربية عموماً وحسب احتياج التوريد في المناطق الأخرى بالمملكة العربية السعودية
- مسؤول عن تسليم البضائع للعملاء بطريقة آمنة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- مراجعة البضائع و الفواتير عند التسليم للتأكد من مطابقتها مع مستندات التوريد لضمان رضا العميل.
- تحضير تقارير أسبوعية للمدير المباشر للتوريدات و المتعلقات
- الأعمال الميدانية تكون بتوجيهات المدير المباشر
