Job Purpose

• Emirates Engineering is a cutting-edge aircraft maintenance facility, GCAA CAR V approved, supporting Emirates’ vast Airbus and Boeing fleet and thirty other airlines through third-party contracts.
• Our highly qualified team excels in maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics, setting industry standards with an unwavering commitment to safety and excellence.
• The **Driver** will deliver the couriers and mails from various Engineering departments to the Engineering mail room and Central Services in a timely manner.
• In this role you will:
• Ensure to collect out bound documents from cargo/mail section for flights and vice versa.
• Ensure that couriers and mails are delivered to Line Maintenance and Engineering hangars according to the delivery address.
• Collect mail from Engg hangars and Line maintenance and deliver to Engg mail room.
• Delivery of mail and couriers from Engg mail room to EGHQ Central Service.
• Check equipment allocated to him is safe for driving on ramp and all ramp safety instruction are followed without fail.
• Report any delay of documents to supervisor.
• Vehicles scheduled for maintenance to be shifted between Airside and Landside.
• Ensure all safety procedure are followed.
• To assist the Executive Secretary/Administrator in adhoc administrative tasks as assigned.
• To ensure assigned administrative tasks are completed on time and in an appropriate manner.
