Overview
- FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a charismatic and service oriented Doorman (Saudi National) to join our Front Office team.
- As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, the Doorman plays a vital role in creating memorable arrival and departure experiences.
- This role is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with transportation and luggage coordination, and ensuring a seamless flow of activity at the resort entrance.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Open doors and assist guests entering and exiting vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with the Bell Desk team to ensure efficient luggage handling and delivery.
- Provide special attention to VIP arrivals, departures, and special guests.
- Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general resort information.
- Monitor and manage guest and vehicle flow at the resort entrance.
- Coordinate closely with Bell Attendants, Concierge, Valet, Security, and Front Office teams.
- Assist guests with boarding taxis, buggies, and other transportation services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and driveway areas.
- Monitor arrivals and communicate VIP movements to relevant departments.
- Support group arrivals, events, and peak operational periods.
- Ensure guest safety while entering and exiting vehicles.
