Join a confidential contracting and fit-out company in Dubai as an experienced Document Controller.
Manage project documentation across live fit-out sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain drawings, submittals, RFIs, correspondence, and other project documentation.
- Use document control systems to manage project records.
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and traceability of all project documents.
- Coordinate document flow between site teams, consultants, and clients.
- Track document status, transmittals, and approvals.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with document control procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within contracting, fit-out, or construction in Dubai or the UAE.
- Familiarity with Aconex, ProjectWise, or a similar document management system.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 10,000 per month.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, near Ibn Battuta, and involves live fit-out sites.
