Role Overview
Arada is seeking a Document Controller & Admin Executive to support the Defects Liability Period and handover function within its real estate operations.
The role manages documentation, customer communications, contractor coordination, and administrative support throughout the customer journey.
The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and effectiveness in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Customer Service and Client Communication
- Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
- Respond to customer emails, requests, and follow-ups professionally and promptly.
- Resolve concerns, escalate issues when required, and track requests through closure within agreed SLAs.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with the team to support continuous service improvement.
Document Management and Control
- Collect, organize, verify, and maintain DLP and handover documents, including snag lists, defect reports, warranty documents, and completion certificates.
- Maintain complete and accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
