Marketing Manager

Role Purpose

CRM and Marketing Automation

• Administer and optimize Zoho CRM, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automated actions.
• Maintain accurate lead capture, assignment, database records, user adoption, integrations, and data hygiene.
• Build and deploy email and WhatsApp campaigns and automated lead-nurturing journeys.
• Create audience segments and follow-up sequences based on customer profiles, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
• Test campaigns to improve deliverability, engagement, conversion, and coordinated customer contact.

Campaign Integration and Reporting

• Integrate Meta, website, landing-page, QR-code, event, and partner leads with Zoho CRM.
• Implement campaign tracking, attribution, UTM structures, source codes, and campaign identifiers.
• Monitor lead sources, response times, funnel movement, conversion rates, inactive opportunities, and funnel leakage.
• Produce dashboards covering lead trends, attribution, response times, conversion, engagement, events, costs, and ROI.
• Present actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance.

Events and Campaign Execution

• Create event registration workflows, confirmation communications, reminders, and post-event follow-ups.
• Track event registrations, attendance, enquiries, and subsequent conversions across relevant channels.
• Execute approved campaigns across CRM, email, WhatsApp, and other marketing platforms.
• Maintain databases, distribution lists, audience segments, campaign calendars, documentation, and tracking structures.
• Coordinate with content, design, sales, operations, IT, and external technology providers.

Advisory and Compliance

• Advise on CRM, marketing automation, campaign tracking, emerging technologies, and customer-engagement roadmaps.
• Translate technical capabilities into practical recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage customer information and communications in line with applicable UAE data-protection and electronic-marketing requirements.
• Maintain consent, opt-in, unsubscribe, permissions, access controls, and secure data-handling practices.

Candidate Profile

• Experience administering and optimizing Zoho CRM.
• Strong experience with email marketing, WhatsApp automation, and lead-nurturing journeys.
• Experience integrating CRM systems with websites, Meta lead forms, landing pages, and event platforms.
• Strong knowledge of campaign attribution, UTMs, reporting dashboards, and sales funnels.
• Experience with Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Analytics, and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
• Healthcare, wellness, hospitality, memberships, property, or other lead-driven consumer experience is beneficial.
