Purpose of the Role
The role supports B2B and wholesale growth across Dubai’s hospitality sector.
The position builds and manages HORECA client relationships, supports the sales pipeline, and contributes to team sales targets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Set B2B and wholesale sales strategy and targets for Dubai and the UAE.
- Lead high-value HORECA relationships with hotel groups and major restaurant chains.
- Lead contract negotiations and approve pricing, terms, accounts, deal structures, and discount thresholds.
- Build, coach, and manage the sales team, including Sales Executives.
- Analyze pipeline data, forecast revenue, report performance, and track activity using CRM tools.
- Identify market segments, channels, and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company at senior industry events and key client meetings.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven B2B or wholesale sales experience with a hospitality background.
- Proven track record leading a sales pipeline or team.
- Strong contract negotiation and deal-closing experience.
- People management, account growth, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Valid UAE driver’s license required.
Work Setting
- The role involves working independently in the field and attending client meetings and industry events.
