Role Overview
The Senior AI Engineer is a full-time role based in Dubai with hybrid work and some work-from-home flexibility.
The role leads architecture and delivery of production AI systems, including LLM applications, autonomous agents, and RAG pipelines.
AI systems support buyer-facing experiences, sales enablement, and internal operations across the group.
Core Scope
- Architect production-grade LLM applications, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines end to end.
- Select AI models and providers while balancing cost, latency, and quality.
- Design context engineering covering chunking, retrieval, tool use, memory, and grounding against project, inventory, pricing, and CRM data.
- Build evaluation harnesses and govern red-teaming, safety guardrails, hallucination control, and factual grounding.
- Set architecture standards, run design reviews, and mentor AI engineers across Dubai and offshore pods.
- Integrate AI features into Salesforce, ERP systems, and the buyer and investor portal.
- Prototype and evaluate agentic workflows, computer-use agents, and voice AI for real-estate use cases.
- Partner with Data and Platform teams on the data and vector infrastructure supporting AI features.
- Present AI roadmap, risk, and return on investment to leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- Hands-on experience building LLM agentic systems is required.
- Candidates who pass screening must present a portfolio or GitHub profile showing a consistent commit history.
- Candidates participate in a live coding session with the team.
- The role requires production AI and machine learning solution development and deployment experience.
Technical Capabilities
- Relevant systems and technologies include LLM applications, autonomous and multi-agent systems, RAG, context engineering, evaluation harnesses, AI safety guardrails, Salesforce, ERP systems, and vector infrastructure.
- The role involves model and provider selection across Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and open-weight models.

- The position is hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
