Transguard Workforce Solutions provides HR solutions in the UAE and is recruiting for a client.
Job Summary
Provide document control, administrative, and coordination support to a real estate development team focused on construction.
Ensure accurate records, effective communication, and smooth project execution from planning through handover and closeout.
The position is based out of the client's office in Dubai, UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and control contracts, drawings, permits, RFIs, submittals, reports, variations, and approvals.
- Manage document registration, numbering, revision control, distribution, filing, and archiving.
- Maintain trackers for schedules, milestones, approvals, actions, procurement, and payments.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, progress reports, and status updates.
- Support purchase orders, quotations, invoices, payment certificates, and budget records.
- Coordinate with teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Track changes, risks, compliance documents, and pending approvals.
