Position Summary

CSCEC Middle East is recruiting a Document Controller for a high-rise project in Dubai.

The role maintains a structured document management system for the assigned department.

The position controls document records, distribution, registration, and filing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Control receipt and issue of documents and register incoming and outgoing letters or documents.
  • Ensure outgoing documents have proper reference numbers according to control sheets.
  • Maintain and update document registers, including reply tracking and status identification.
  • Distribute letters and other documents properly.
  • Register, disseminate, and systematically file incoming documents.
  • Check outgoing documents for format, register them, arrange delivery, obtain proof of delivery, disseminate, and file them.
  • Implement documentation procedures in the project quality plan and project management system.
  • Supervise printing, copying, and binding of reports and documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Aconex.
  • Experience with document registers, document control, and distribution processes.
