Job Summary

  • The Director of Transition Finance and Advisory (TFA) (Market) role is responsible for acting as the primary sustainable finance and transition advisory point of contact for bankers and clients in the market.
  • The role translates global frameworks, thematic insights and bank capabilities into credible client positioning and executable financing pathways.
  • The role focuses on Origination, Client Engagement and Content Creation with a focus on driving commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support origination and execution of Sustainable and Transition Finance transactions
  • Contribute to content led client engagements with clear monetisation opportunities
  • Thought leadership and proprietary content development
  • Strengthen governance, risk discipline, and role clarity

  • Advanced knowledge of sustainable and transition finance concepts, market standards and emerging practices
