Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, investment banking, or related fields
- Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in acquisitions, portfolio management, and delivering investment returns

Job Purpose
- Lead the organization's real estate investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, portfolio growth, asset performance, and investment returns while identifying new investment opportunities and maximizing value creation.
Key Responsibilities
