Responsibilities
- Define and socialize a long term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy, translating it into clear roadmaps and decisions
- Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer facing surfaces including Home, Search, and Profile/Settings
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, including people managers
- Proactively align senior leadership on strategy, execution risks, and mitigation plans
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue leaders to optimize the marketplace ecosystem
- Establish frameworks for rigorous experimentation and funnel analysis to drive measurable gains
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management leadership
- Proven track record of shipping large scale consumer products in fintech, e commerce, or marketplace environments
- Familiarity with AI native product development, including agentic patterns and LLM powered discovery experiences
- Exceptional ability to use data (including LTV/CAC and profitability assessments) to guide prioritization
- Experience operating through layers of leadership and scaling decision making across diverse product lines
- Consumer first mindset with a high bar for design polish

- You will be a strategic leader defining the next chapter of Affirm's DTC shopping and offers experience.
- You will lead a portfolio of high impact consumer journeys including Agentic Search, Home, and Profile.
What You’ll Do
- Define and socialize a long term Shopping & Offers vision and strategy.
- Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer facing surfaces including Home, Search, and Profile/Settings.
- Lead and grow a high performing PM team, including people managers.
- Proactively align senior leadership on strategy, execution risks, and mitigation plans.
- Drive cross functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue leaders.
- Establish frameworks for rigorous experimentation and funnel analysis.
What We Look For
- 10+ years of product management leadership with a track record in fintech, e commerce, or marketplace.
- Demonstrated ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
- Familiarity with AI native product development and LLM powered discovery.
- Exceptional ability to use data including LTV/CAC and profitability assessments.

Compensation
- Base pay range per year: CAD 238,000 CAD 298,000.
- Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends, and benefits.
- Benefits include 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision.
Location
- Remote Canada.
- Affirm is a remote first company; most roles are remote within the country of employment.
- Some roles may require occasional work from an assigned Affirm office.
