The Role

  • As Director of Sales, FAENA Wadi Safar, you will be the strategic driver of the property's commercial success.
  • You will lead all sales efforts during pre opening and beyond, ensuring strong global demand and sustained revenue performance.
  • You will act as a trusted commercial partner to the General Manager, Director of Marketing, Revenue leadership, and ownership.

Sales Strategy & Commercial Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with FAENA Wadi Safar's brand vision and commercial objectives.
  • Provide sharp market insight, sales forecasting, and strategic recommendations to guide decision making.
  • Partner with senior leadership and ownership to define sales KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks.

Pre Opening Readiness

  • Lead pre opening sales planning, including segmentation strategy, key account mapping, and revenue generating initiatives.
  • Build and structure all sales processes, systems, and pipelines to ensure readiness for opening.
  • Collaborate closely with project, marketing, and revenue teams to align pre opening commercial activity.

Account Development & Market Expansion

  • Establish and grow strong relationships with UHNW individuals, VIP clients, luxury travel designers, and global consortia.
  • Drive proactive engagement with high value leisure, corporate, and MICE segments.
  • Develop a strong global network of luxury travel advisors, DMCs, and strategic partners.

Reporting, Forecasting & Commercial Insight

  • Oversee accurate and timely sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Deliver clear, data driven insights on market trends, competitor activity, and business performance.
  • Ensure full alignment with revenue management and finance teams to optimize pricing strategy.

Operational Sales Excellence

  • Implement structured sales processes, account management disciplines, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Monitor pipeline development, conversion ratios, and key account performance.
  • Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to align demand generation with operational capacity.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high performing sales team rooted in excellence and luxury market understanding.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ambition, and collaboration.
  • Support talent development and succession planning, focusing on developing strong regional and Saudi national leadership.
