Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue, occupancy, and brand positioning
- Lead sales efforts across key segments (leisure, corporate, groups, partnerships) with a focus on high value markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including tour operators, agencies, and stakeholders
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital, PR, and brand communications, ensuring consistent positioning
- Analyze market trends and performance to identify opportunities and optimize results
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to align pricing, distribution, and forecasting strategies
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team to drive performance and results
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within hospitality, including leadership roles
- Strong background in luxury or resort style properties and destination driven markets
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and distribution channels
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Fluent in English and Arabic

- The House Hotel Jeddah King Road is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing.
- The property is a contemporary urban escape with 129 rooms along the Red Sea coastline.
- The role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue, occupancy, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue, occupancy, and brand positioning.
- Lead sales efforts across key segments (leisure, corporate, groups, partnerships) with a focus on high value markets.
