About The Property

  • The House Hotel Jeddah King Road is a contemporary urban escape with 129 curated rooms, located along the Red Sea coastline.
  • The property features a vibrant signature restaurant acting as a social hub and culinary destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue, occupancy, and brand positioning.
  • Lead sales efforts across key segments (leisure, corporate, groups, partnerships) with a focus on high value markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners including tour operators, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital, PR, and brand communications, ensuring consistent positioning.
  • Analyze market trends and performance to identify opportunities and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to align pricing, distribution, and forecasting strategies.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team to drive performance and results.

Experience & Skills

  • 7–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within hospitality, including leadership roles.
  • Strong background in luxury or resort style properties and destination driven markets.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and distribution channels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
