Role Overview

  • Director of Sales, Leisure at Raffles The Palm
  • Reports to Director of Sales
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth in the Leisure segment

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to preparation of annual Sales & Marketing budget and business plan
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of revenues
  • Monitor segment performance and recommend corrective actions
  • Maximize profitability by focusing on high yield accounts and premium suite business
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
  • Develop and implement strategic solicitation plan
  • Manage and grow top producing accounts
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Represent hotel at trade shows and overseas sales trips
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and other teams

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to achieve revenue targets
  • Knowledge of Leisure segment
