- Identify, mentor, and develop revenue management talent within the hotel
Requirements
- Proven experience in revenue management leadership role
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience with revenue management technologies (RMS, CRS, rate shopping systems)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Job Overview
- The Director of Revenue Management leads the hotel Commercial Strategy team in determining strategic vision.

Responsibilities
- Leads strategic planning and collaborates with profit generation teams to drive incremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue streams.
- Effectively communicates Total Hotel Profit Optimization vision to property leaders and fosters Revenue Management Culture.
- Leverages Revenue Management analytics, technologies, processes, tools, and training programs to optimize hotel profits.
- Creates short and long term forecasts for pricing and yielding decisions.
- Drives annual budget process and produces long term projections.
- Monitors economic, market, and competitive indicators for insight led strategies.
- Chairs weekly Revenue Management Meetings and ensures alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maximizes room revenue through understanding of booking channels and inventory management.
- Optimizes pricing, promotions, and availability strategies to target profitable customer segments.
- Owns channel distribution strategies and evaluates new business opportunities.
- Collaborates with Marketing team to execute digital marketing efforts.
- Serves as system owner for core revenue management technologies and ensures data quality.
