About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, company policies, and ethical standards
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the People & Culture Departments
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, Saudization targets, and government requirements
- Partner with General Manager and leadership team to ensure operational readiness at opening
- Manage performance and development of the People & Culture team members
- Design and implement the pre opening learning and development plan
- Assess organizational needs and develop aligned human resource solutions
- Develop and implement a comprehensive People & Culture strategy supporting business objectives
- Collaborate with corporate and regional People & Culture teams for brand wide initiatives
- Oversee all aspects of the talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning
- Promote positive colleague relations through open communication and trust
- Analyse People & Culture metrics to identify trends and improve efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in HR leadership, preferably in hospitality pre opening
- Knowledge of Saudi labour law, Saudization targets, and government requirements
- Experience in talent lifecycle management including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Ability to develop and implement People & Culture strategy
- Strong analytical skills to use HR metrics for decision making

Leadership & Strategy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

- Analyse People & Culture metrics to identify trends and make data driven decisions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish People & Culture policies, systems, and colleagues services including housing and welfare.
