- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and ethical standards
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the People & Culture Departments
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, Saudization targets, and government requirements
- Partner with General Manager and leadership team to ensure operational readiness at opening
- Design and implement pre opening learning and development plan
- Develop and implement comprehensive People & Culture strategy
- Oversee talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning
- Promote positive colleague relations and a fun work environment
- Analyze People & Culture metrics to make data driven decisions
- Oversee compensation, benefits, recognition, and administration programs
- Effectively manage annual People & Culture budget
Requirements
- Experience in pre opening hotel operations

- Effectively manage the annual People & Culture budget. Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
