- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support restaurant colleagues during service
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with luxury standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance development
- Support inventory control, purchasing, and cost management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Coordinate with culinary team for timely food service
- Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational reporting
- Assist in achieving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets
- Support promotional activities, special events, and outlet marketing
- Act as Restaurant Manager in their absence when required
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to handle cash and operational reporting
