Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the hotel s revenue goals and brand positioning.
• Lead and manage all marketing initiatives including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the hotel s brand image and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
• Manage the hotel s digital presence including website, social media platforms, and online marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and special events to increase brand awareness.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and marketing vendors.
• Oversee content creation including marketing materials, press releases, and promotional assets.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Support hotel openings, events, and promotional activities through marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company marketing standards.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with operational goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and hospitality marketing strategies.
