Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with Rixos Properties’ business goals.
  • Oversee and refine the brand’s positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s mission and values.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media.
  • Leverage market research, data analytics, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and revenue management teams to align marketing with revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost effective use of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high performing marketing team.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for marketing related matters, presenting strategy and results to executives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance of all marketing campaigns.
  • Manage public relations strategies and work with key partners, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with the company’s sustainability goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or service industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into marketing initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets and resources.
