- Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with Rixos Properties business goals
- Manage the marketing department, ensuring effective execution of all marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Oversee and refine the brand's positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with company mission
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media
- Leverage market research and data analytics to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and revenue management teams to align marketing with revenue goals
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high performing marketing team
- Manage public relations strategies and work with key partners and media outlets
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with sustainability goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, preferably in hospitality
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy Development: Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with Rixos Properties business goals.
- Brand Vision & Positioning: Oversee and refine the brand's positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's mission, values, and target market.
