- Oversee preparation, review, and update of Departmental Operations Manuals
- Conduct regular divisional communications meetings
- Ensure all associates deliver brand promise and exceptional guest service
- Maximize associate productivity through multi skilling and flexible scheduling
- Ensure each profit centre operates to maximize profit while delivering brand promise
- Assist in preparation of Annual Business Plan for F&B
- Analyze business performance strategically for accurate forecasting
- Manage costs proactively based on key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with financial record keeping, money handling, and licensing regulations
- Assist in inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment
- Participate in weekly yield and revenue management meetings

- Experience in food and beverage management at a senior level

Overview
- Ensures that the Food and Beverage activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy
- Oversees the preparation, reviews and updates individual Departmental Operations Manuals
- Conducts regular divisional communications meetings and ensures that departmental briefings and meetings are effective
- Liaises with Culinary Division
Responsibilities
- Ensures that all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Spends time in public areas observing associate guest interaction and talking with guests
- Ensures that all guest and internal customer complaints are resolved in a quick and efficient manner
- Maximises associate productivity through the use of multi skilling, multi tasking and flexible scheduling
- Ensures that each profit centre is operated in line with maximising profit while delivering on the brand promise
- Assists in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food and Beverage
- Analyses business performance strategically to facilitate accurate and meaningful forecasting
- Manages costs proactively based on key performance indicators
- Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to
- Assists in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets
- Participates in weekly yield and revenue management meetings actively
- Responsible for control of beverage programme including recipes, inventory and progressive menu development
