- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long term financial planning across the group
- Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business expansion
- Establish and monitor key financial KPIs across business units
- Deliver timely and accurate management reporting and variance analysis
- Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and capital allocation decisions
- Conduct profitability, cost optimization, and pricing analysis
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and post investment performance tracking
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision making
- Maintain strong financial controls and governance across planning processes
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools)
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing FP&A team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 15 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial strategy
- Proven experience in large, diversified groups or complex multi entity organizations
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision making
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial models, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
- MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or ACCA preferred
